Ignatian Meditation is a way to enter into the biblical story of Jesus’ journey—through Lent to Good Friday and Easter. Each week there will be two Gospel readings—one from the upcoming Sunday service and the other on Wednesday.

We will hold vigil in the sanctuary from 1 to 3 PM, offering a time for quiet reflection and meditation. You are invited to bring cut flowers or potted plants as we gather in stillness, preparing our hearts for the resurrection. This is an in-person only event (no livestream).

The Resurrection, which Christians celebrate on Easter, is not the reversal of Christ’s crucifixion. It is its vindication. It declares that even when the empire kills truth, truth still rises. That even when justice is crucified, it does not stay buried. The Caesars among us don’t get the final word.

We’re excited to share a significant update on the Afghan refugee family currently in Pakistan. Their sponsorship application has been fast-tracked and approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and has been sent to the Canadian Consulate in Islamabad. With the help of our community and partner organizations, this family’s path to safety is moving forward quickly. Thank you for your continued support as we pray for their safety and the success of this process.
