We are so grateful to each of you for bringing Healing Pathway into your lives and for being part of this meaningful ministry at James Bay United Church. Together, we create a supportive and nurturing space, walking alongside others on their healing journey. It is truly a blessing to witness how Spirit moves through us, deepening our practice and connection.

As we continue this journey, we also recognize the importance of self-care—something we encourage for everyone. We’ve attached an image that brings us joy and serves as a gentle reminder to care for ourselves, just as we care for others.

January Highlights

  • We welcomed four receivers and had four Healing Pathway Practitioners offering to the public.
  • The Volunteer Fair was a wonderful opportunity to connect, with several congregants stopping by to chat with Sandy at our table.
  • Our Soaking Prayer gathering in the Sanctuary was a peaceful and meaningful experience, with many joining us—including Greg after the service. Special thanks to Jamie Waters for providing beautiful instrumental piano music.
  • Our Monthly Practice Group had seven Healing Pathway Practitioners in attendance, where we set intentions for ourselves and our ministry in 2025.

New Practice Group Time

During our last practice group, we decided to adjust our Monthly Practice Group time to 2:00–4:00 pm. starting in February. This change will help those traveling from farther away to attend without being caught in rush hour traffic. The church calendar has been updated to reflect this.

Each month, we will focus on practicing a specific Healing Pathway technique to strengthen confidence and support our offerings. We hope you can join us!
