Join us for the 7th annual Window Wanderland in James Bay! From February 21-23, 2025, 6-9 PM, our neighborhood will come alive with creativity, light, and community spirit as homes and businesses transform their windows into illuminated displays.
James Bay United Church is excited to participate once again, turning our beautiful sanctuary windows into a stunning display of art and imagination. This year, after much discussion and a community vote, we’ve chosen the theme: Building Bridges. This theme reflects our commitment to connection, understanding, and unity—values that shine brightly in our diverse and welcoming community.
This photo brings back so many wonderful memories, ... taken as we worked on our very first Window Wanderland display. On February 9 & 16 after the service, there will be tables set up downstairs (11:30 to 1pm) where we can craft together and build our window design for this delightful annual event.
How You Can Participate:
1- crafters to create the panels. (at home or at the church, your choice)
2- installation help to place the panels on our windows and set up the lights
3- ambassadors to greet people on the street and talk about our display
4- for everyone else, just plan to enjoy the event in the neighbourhood on February 21, 22, or 23.
