Tuesday Night Jazz at the Church proudly presents the Great American Songbook Trio in TWO concerts in honour of Black History Month!


Special Saturday Matinee on Feb 22nd at 2 pm

Date: Tuesday, February 25 at 7 PM

Location: James Bay United Church, 511 Michigan St.
Admission is by donation, with a suggested contribution of $20. However, everyone is welcome, regardless of contribution. 

 

Featuring three members of Victoria’s jazz royalty, the Great American Songbook Trio joins forces for a special concert!

In this performance, Ms. Louise Rose and the Great American Songbook Trio celebrate Black History Month with a program exploring themes of African-American influence, history, and music-making.

Legendary pianist and vocalist Louise Rose leads us on a journey through Black American and Afro-Canadian musical history.

Join us for these two very special concerts—Saturday, February 22, and Tuesday, February 27, at 7 PM in the beautiful sanctuary of James Bay United Church!
