Join the JBUC Sunday Worship Choir for Advent
The JBUC Sunday Worship Choir will be singing for the first Sunday in Advent, and everyone in the community is invited to join, regardless of musical ability. Russ, whose JUNO-nominated album The South Detroit Connection has made waves, brings his artistry to James Bay United Church on November 19 at 7 PM. Featuring an incredible lineup with guitarist Sam Dickenson, bassist John Lee, drummer Kelby MacNayr, and special guest saxophonist Mike Allen, this performance brings together top jazz talent from Detroit, Toronto, Gabriola Island, and Victoria.
