March 9 – April 6

  • Each Sunday will be a Communion service at our usual time of 10:15 AM.

  • Each Wednesday, a study group will meet from 4:30 to 6:00 PM, followed by a soup supper.

This year, our Lenten theme connects with our annual theme, Building Bridges. We focus specifically on the desolation of preparing the site for an eventual bridge.

Ignatian Meditation: A Spiritual Journey Through Lent

Ignatian Meditation is a way to enter into the biblical story of Jesus’ journey—through Lent to Good Friday and Easter. Each week, there will be two readings from the Gospel of Luke—one on Wednesday and the other from the upcoming Sunday service.

Holy Week Services

April 13 – Palm Sunday

We remember Jesus’ celebrated entry into Jerusalem, waving palm branches to declare allegiance to peace, love, and justice rather than to any ruler or monarch. As we celebrate, we also turn our gaze toward the events of Holy Week.
10:15 AM – In-person & Livestream

April 17 – Maundy Thursday

We recall the final meal Jesus shared with his disciples before his execution. Together, we share in a Last Supper, engage in the ritual washing of feet or hands, and unadorn the sanctuary, leaving it bare for Good Friday.
7pm – In-person only (no livestream)

April 18 – Good Friday

We gather at 10:30 AM to reflect on the events of Good Friday (or God’s Friday) through readings from the Gospel of John.
10:30 AM – In-person & Livestream

April 19 – Holy Saturday Vigil

From 1:00 to 3:00 PM, we hold vigil in the sanctuary. You are invited to bring cut flowers or potted plants as we observe a time of silence and meditation.
