Although our regular Council meetings are open to the public, we’ve heard from the community a strong desire for the opportunity to speak with Council about your ideas and priorities.

We're starting something new. We will hold four town halls a year so that you can share what matters directly with Council.

Our first Town Hall is an open format. Participants will set the agenda. Council is here to listen. 

Each speaker will have five minutes to address Council.

Speakers are asked to submit any presentation material by noon on Thursday, June 6 to LegislativeServices@victoria.ca. 

Free childminding will be available for children ages six months and older for two hours. Learn more.
