Special Food Delivery Service
Dear Friends and Neighbours,
The Victoria Pedicab Company is offering service for those in our community who need help getting things delivered to their door. Our electric-assist pedicabs will shop and deliver groceries, pharmaceuticals and other essentials to your home. A suggested donation of $10 to $20 is appreciated, however, if you cannot provide a donation simply pay it forward another time. Our goal is to serve the community and help cover our expenses.
Health protocols we are following:
Physical distancing, orders left at your door, ensuring we are symptom-free, sanitizing hands regularly and when needed-wearing a mask.
For grocery orders please note we are only offering shopping service at James Bay Thriftys as we have observed good safety practices at that location. We will pick up previously picked orders at other chains and stores.
How to order:
Please email your orders to vpc.deliveries@gmail.com. Provide your contact phone #, address for delivery including unit number, buzz code or any other specific instructions.
List your items with size or weights and brand or specifics such as “organic”. Please note we have observed pasta, rice, dried beans and some canned goods are in low supply. We may call you for updates when at the store.
Will put your order into paper bags or cardboard boxes. Produce orders will be handled with a hand inside a bag (just like dog waste pick up) to minimalize hand contact.
We will do our best to get the order to you within 24 hours. We will call ahead to let you know we are coming.
How to pay:
Once we have a total cost we will notify you of the total and leave the receipt(s) with your order. We will pay with our credit card and then you reimburse us plus any included donation.

Areas we will serve:
Within the boundaries of the City of Victoria and Esquimalt. If you are outside of those areas and cannot find assistance, we will coordinate orders on the same day but please note this will likely take 2-3 days lead time.
