Reconciliation Contribution Program – To Recognize Lekwungen Lands

Our online and in-person conversation 2 weeks ago affirmed our congregation’s gratitude for the opportunity we have been given by Victoria City Council and the City Family to make a contribution toward the Reconciliation Contribution Fund. 

We have chosen June 19, the Sunday closest to National Indigenous Day of Prayer, to be the day we gather up both our personal and our collective contributions as part of our service honouring that day.  Should you wish to contribute by cheque, please make it out to James Bay United Church, noting Reconciliation Fund in the memo line.  If you are sending a contribution by mail, it would be great to receive it in time for the 19th.
