Community Lunch Program

The Community Lunch Program is pleased to have received a $500 grant from Victoria Foundation's Small Neighbourhood Grants fund. On December 14, Seasonal Food Bags will be given to 50 guests at the lunch. Most of our guests can't attend the Food Bank due to disabilities, as well as the fact they they live outside at Irving Park. 

We need donations of money or food to supplement the grant, as our number of guests has grown. The bags will distributed on Thursday December 14 so the deadline for donations is Sunday December 10 at church or Wednesday December 13 in the church hall 1:00 - 2:30 pm. Cheques should be made payable to James Bay United Church Community Lunch Program. Thank you for your support.
