The First Nations Engagement Ministry Team of St. John’s United Church (Deep Cove) and Fairfield United Church (Victoria) together are encouraging everyone, everywhere to lift up and participate in this Indigenous-led national initiative. You can do this by wearing a pin, and participating in a variety of activities.

Moose Hide Campaign Day is a day of ceremony for an Indigenous-led grassroots movement to inspire men, boys and all Canadians – to stand up to end violence against all women and children. It is a cross-cultural learning opportunity to build understanding of Indigenous cultures and it provides an opportunity to take practical steps for our collective journey of reconciliation. The Moose Hide Campaign was started 11 years ago by Paul Lacerte and his daughter Raven.
