Learn Infant Massage (Birth to 12 Months) - Free 5-Session Course

We are delighted to offer a free 5-session course on infant massage for families with babies from birth to 12 months. Each session builds upon the previous one, ensuring a comprehensive and nurturing experience for both you and your baby.

Course Details:

• Dates: Wednesdays, July 31, August 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2024
• Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
• Location: Lower Hall, James Bay United Church

What You'll Learn:

The course uses techniques from the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) to support:

• Relaxation: Techniques to help both your baby and you relax and enjoy peaceful moments together.
• Stimulation of the Senses: Methods to engage your baby’s senses through gentle and nurturing touch.
• Relief: Massage practices to alleviate common discomforts your baby might experience.
• Bonding: Strengthen the emotional connection with your baby through the power of touch.
