Our Wednesday evening faith exploration group takes on a slightly different flavour during Lent. Rev. Greg Powell will lead a five-session journey through the Bible by way of the desert. From Eden’s exile to Israel’s wilderness wanderings, from prophetic hope to Jesus’ temptation and the promise of new creation, we will consider how the desert feature throughout the Bible — it is where faith is tested, identity is shaped, and hope is born.
